Terms of Stay.

50% of booking charged at point of reservation, remainder 50% due 8 weeks before check-in date.

Guests will be asked to sign a Short Term Occupation Agreement (Holiday Let Licence).

A refundable deposit of £500 will be required prior to occupation to be held in case of damages.   Deposits will be returned within 14 days of check out.  An extra deposit may be required for pets.

Get a full refund of the total booking value when you cancel at least 60 days before your stay.

Get a 75% refund of the total booking value, when you cancel at least 30 days before the local check-in date and time.

Get 50% refund of the total booking value if you cancel at least 14 days before the local check in date and time.

No refund for cancellations requested within 14 days of local check-in date and time.

Your check in date and time will be specified in the booking confirmation email.

Rates: £450 Per Night

Minimum stay requirement: 3 Nights

Cleaning Charges: Each stay will an incur a cleaning charge of £95

Pets: Allowed subject to prior arrangement
